Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 1 hour of placing it.
Simply email us at info@colorlay.com or WhatsApp us at +91 98777 77644 with your Order Number in the subject/message.
Once your order enters processing or is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Note:
All personalised/customised products are made specially for you.
โก๏ธ Therefore, no cancellations or refunds are allowed for customised items once the order is placed.
Replacement Policy
To process any replacement request, we strictly require an unboxing video showing:

The sealed courier package
-
Opening the package
-
The product clearly visible at the end
Without a proper unedited unboxing video, we cannot accept complaints.
Products are eligible for replacement only if:

The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and
-
You inform us within 2 hours of delivery.
If approved, we will send a new replacement.
(Shipping charges for the replacement may apply.)
Please ensure that the original packaging, tags, and accessories remain intact during the reverse pickup process.

Refund Policy
Refunds are not applicable for personalised or custom-made products because they are created uniquely for each customer.
Refunds will not be issued for:

Personal preference or design change after order placement
If there is a genuine issue from our side (damage/defect/misprint), inform us within 2 hours with proof and unboxing video โ we will offer a replacement or correction, depending on feasibility.
