Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Colorlay, we are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and safely as possible, with high-quality packaging and reliable courier partners.


Shipping Timeline

  • All online paid orders are shipped within 24–48 hours (working days).

  • Delivery usually takes 5–8 working days from the date of dispatch.

  • Some major metro cities may receive orders earlier.

We ship throughout the week except Sundays and public holidays.


Unboxing Video Requirement

For any damage, missing item, or wrong product complaint, you must record a complete unboxing video, showing:

  1. The unopened courier package

  2. Opening the package

  3. The product clearly at the end

Without this video, we cannot take complaints — no exceptions.


Courier Partners

To ensure safe and fast delivery, we ship through reputed couriers such as:

  • DTDC

  • BlueDart

  • Delhivery

  • Amazon

If your PIN code is not serviceable by private couriers, we may ship by India Post. Delivery timelines may be longer for remote or rural locations.


Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

  • Shipping charges remain fixed regardless of the number of items.

  • All prices are inclusive of GST.

  • Colorlay (Evovo Printing Unit) is fully GST-compliant.


Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery from the date of dispatch:

  • Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai: 3–6 working days

  • Rest of India: 5–8 working days

  • Remote or out-of-service areas may require pickup from the nearest courier center.

Delivery will be made to the address entered at checkout. Make sure the contact number and address are correct.


Damaged | Tampered | Wrong Product Delivery

If your package arrives damaged, tampered, or you receive the wrong item:

  1. Record a full unboxing video

  2. Contact us within 2 hours of delivery

  3. Share your Order Number, description of the issue, and the video

Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup and send a free replacement.
Please ensure the original packaging and tags are intact for pickup.


Important Notes

  • Delivery times may vary due to weather, strikes, courier delays, or unforeseen conditions.

  • Customized/personalised products are not eligible for return (replacement only if damaged/defective).

  • In rare cases of operational delays, we will update you via WhatsApp or email.
