Evovo Printing Unit reserves the right to add, modify, or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Customers are advised to review the Terms & Conditions periodically.
1. General
Colorlay is a brand owned and operated by Evovo Printing Unit, specialising in customised gifts, stickers, drinkwares, seals, and corporate products.
By placing an order, the customer authorizes Evovo Printing Unit to process the order, manufacture customised items, and arrange delivery through our courier partners.
Colorlay functions solely as a service provider offering customised products. All orders are made on customer request and specifications.
2. Pricing & Taxes

All prices listed on www.colorlay.com are in Indian Rupees (INR).

Prices include GST, and applicable tax percentage (5%, 12%, 18%, or 28%) is charged based on the product category.

Evovo Printing Unit is fully GST compliant.
3. Delivery
Orders placed are generally processed and dispatched within 24–48 working hours.
Colorlay is not liable for delays or failed delivery caused by:

Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses

Public holidays, strikes, curfews, or government restrictions

Natural disasters or unavoidable disruptions

Delays by courier partners

Packages refused by the recipient
If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address or rejection by the recipient, reshipping fees may apply.
Delivery timelines usually range from 4–10 working days, depending on the location and courier availability.
4. No Return Policy
As Colorlay deals mainly in customised and personalised products, no returns or exchanges are accepted once the order is placed.
Order cancellation is not allowed after placement. However, if you need changes, you may request modifications within 2 working hours. We will try our best to accommodate the request, but changes are not guaranteed.
5. Product Availability & Substitution
Products will be provided as shown on the website or as per the final approved design.
If any item becomes unavailable:

We may request the customer to modify, replace, or wait for the product

In rare cases, if materials/components are not available, Colorlay may suggest the closest possible alternative
6. Liability & Responsibility
Colorlay is not responsible for:

Customer dissatisfaction based on personal preference or expectation

Damage caused after delivery

Issues arising due to incorrect delivery address

Misuse or mishandling of the product by the receiver
Our liability is limited solely to the value of the product purchased.
All services are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
7. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, images, and brand names shown or used in customisation belong to their respective owners.
Colorlay does not claim ownership over any brand elements submitted by customers for custom printing.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have rights to use any artwork/logo submitted for customisation.
8. Jurisdiction
All disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the Courts of Malappuram District, Kerala, India.

10. Replacement for Damaged or Incorrect Product
To request a replacement, customers must provide a complete uncut unboxing video, starting from the sealed courier package to the final product.
The video must clearly show:

Shipping label
-
Opening process
-
Damage or incorrect product
Without this video, no replacement or complaint can be processed.
This policy ensures transparency, fairness, and prevents fraudulent claims.
